Terms of use
This draft is aligned with WRM's booking system. Before commercial launch, verify the legal entity and address, providers and retention periods, cancellation rules, payment and artwork-tracking services, and both digital and physical accessibility.

Service and bookings
The site requests a place in a two-hour session subject to authoritative availability and capacity. The confirmation sent after verification controls. Provide accurate details and keep verification codes and management links private.
Participating children count toward capacity. An accompanying adult remains responsible for minors and their conduct. A non-participating baby does not consume a place but must be declared.
Prices and payment
There is currently no online payment. Binding prices for artwork, materials, extras, events, and delivery are provided before commitment or payment. Images, ranges, and inquiries are not binding quotations.
Handmade results and taking your piece home
The standard experience is to finish the piece during the session and take it home on the same visit. Handmade results may vary in colour, texture, shape, or finish from a sample or screen. Nothing here removes responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.
Inventory, materials, and images
Creative materials, products, examples, images, or equipment shown on the site are for illustration only and do not guarantee that the same product, colour, material, or tool will be available in the studio at any given time. Actual availability will be confirmed by the team when you arrive or before a special activity.
If something is unavailable, the studio will try to offer a reasonable alternative, another material, or rescheduling, according to the circumstances.
Events and delivery
An event inquiry does not hold a date or form an agreement. A separate proposal must confirm location, attendance, price, cancellation, and responsibility. Delivery requests require customer and artwork verification, readiness, service area, price, and courier availability.
Studio conduct
Follow staff and safety instructions, use materials only for their intended activity, and respect other guests and property. The studio may stop unsafe or abusive conduct.
Changes, outages, and force majeure
The studio may change or cancel sessions for operational, safety, official-guidance, weather, or force-majeure reasons and will reasonably try to notify customers and offer an alternative. Website and external-provider availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Changes to these terms and inquiries
Use of the site and booking system is subject to these terms. The studio may update the terms from time to time, and the updated version will be published on the site. Questions, requests, or complaints may be sent through the contact page.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law and never where limitation is prohibited. Israeli law applies and jurisdiction follows applicable law.
Events and delivery
An event inquiry does not reserve a date and is not an agreement. An event is confirmed only in a separate proposal covering location, number of participants, price, cancellation, and responsibility. A delivery request is subject to identifying the artwork and customer, artwork readiness, service area, price, and courier availability.
Changes, faults, and force majeure
The studio may change or cancel a time slot for operational, safety, weather, official guidance, or force-majeure reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to notify and offer an alternative. Site availability and external provider messages are not guaranteed at all times.
Responsibility and law
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right. Liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law, and no limitation applies where liability cannot legally be limited. Israeli law applies; jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable law.
