Information we collect
We collect information supplied in bookings and inquiries: name, phone, email, language, attendance, dates, notes, consents, and service history. Event inquiries also include event type, group size, and location preference. Delivery requests include an identifying reference and number of pieces; a full address is not collected in the initial form.
The system also creates verification records, one-time operation identifiers, audit entries, and limited security logs. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information or another person's information without authority.
Is providing information required?
Providing information is voluntary, but without required fields we cannot reserve a place, identify a piece, assess delivery, or answer an event inquiry. Marketing consent is separate and is not a condition of service.
Purposes of use
Information is used for booking and capacity management, contact verification, service messages, event inquiries, artwork handling and delivery, customer service, security, fraud prevention, operational records, and legal compliance. Marketing use requires separate consent that can be withdrawn.
Providers and transfers
Authorized cloud, database, verification, SMS, WhatsApp, email, CAPTCHA, translation, and delivery providers receive only what they need. Some processing may occur outside Israel. The provider list, processing locations, and contractual safeguards must be completed before launch.
Retention and security
Event and delivery inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 24 months unless longer retention is needed for service, disputes, or law. Booking, accounting, and audit records are retained according to legitimate business and legal needs. Controls include role-based access, administrator MFA, transport encryption, rate limits, audit trails, and backups. No system is completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to Israeli privacy law, you may request access to information about you and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. Deletion or restriction requests are assessed under applicable law and recordkeeping duties. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
Cookies and external services
The site currently uses essential mechanisms for security, language, bookings, and administrator access, and does not use behavioural advertising. If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are added, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated.
