Our approach
We are working toward the Israeli service accessibility regulations and the recommendations of Israeli Standard 5568 at AA level. This statement describes current work and is not a substitute for a professional audit.
Digital adjustments
The site includes a skip link, semantic headings and forms, labels, keyboard operation, visible focus, screen-reader support, RTL and LTR layouts, responsive design, contrast, and reduced-motion support. Public service is available in Hebrew, English, French, and Russian.
Remaining physical details
A full external audit is still required. Accessible parking, route, entrance, restroom, counter, hearing assistance, and service-animal arrangements have not yet been supplied and are not presented as promises.
